Ambassador of Turkmenistan participated in Central Asian Ambassadors' meeting with Austrian Foreign Minister

Vienna, September 4, 2025 – Today, H.E. Mr. H. Amannazarov, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Austria, took part in a meeting of Central Asian Ambassadors with H.E. Ms. Beate Meinl-Reisinger, Federal Minister for European and International Affairs of the Republic of Austria.

The meeting provided a valuable platform for open and constructive dialogue between Austria and the Central Asian countries. Discussions focused on enhancing regional cooperation, strengthening bilateral relations, and addressing shared challenges in areas such as energy, connectivity, environmental sustainability, and economic development.

Ambassador Amannazarov highlighted Turkmenistan’s commitment to strengthening its partnerships with Austria and the wider European community, particularly in areas aligned with the country’s policy of positive neutrality and international cooperation.

The meeting reaffirmed the shared interest in promoting stability, sustainable development, and greater integration between Central Asia and the European Union.
