Turkmen delegation attended the IACA Assembly

Vienna, 4 November 2025 – The delegation of Turkmenistan took part in the fourteenth session of the Assembly of Parties of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), held at the United Nations Headquarters in Vienna.

The session gathered representatives of IACA State Parties, as well as delegates from intergovernmental organizations and international institutions, to discuss ongoing global efforts in combating corruption and strengthening integrity systems.

During the conference, participants exchanged views on the experience gained in preventing corruption, examined emerging challenges, and outlined further priorities for joint action within the framework of the Academy’s activities.

In its statement, the Turkmen delegation emphasised that Turkmenistan attaches importance to cooperation with the Academy in areas of interest. At the same time, attention was drawn to the activities carried out within the UN Convention against Corruption and other multilateral mechanisms.

The Assembly also reviewed key agenda items related to the institution’s strategic development, cooperation frameworks, and future initiatives aimed at strengthening global anti-corruption capacity.
