MEETING WITH THE NEWLY APPOINTED AMBASSADOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN TO TURKMENISTAN
On 18 September 2019, the meeting of the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan R.Meredov with the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Turkmenistan Yerkebulan Sapiyev was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed a number of pertinent issues including the development of political-diplomatic dialogue, trade-economic cooperation, investment and cultural-humanitarian collaboration between the two countries. It was noted that mutual visits on high level make a valuable input in strengthening of Turkmen-Kazakh relations.
After expressing his gratitude to the Turkmen side for congratulations and wishes on the appointment to this responsible diplomatic post, Ye.Sapiyev noted that Turkmenistan is a friendly and strategically vital partner of Kazakhstan. The diplomat expressed hope for further expansion of all-round ties between the countries and assured that he will put all his effort for fruitful implementation of his mission in Turkmenistan for the benefit of both states and peoples.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Kazakhstan T.Komekov also participated to the meeting.
