The teachers and students of the Oguz Han University of Engineering and Technology are on a practical training visit to the Graz University of Technology in the Republic of Austria

 On June 2, 2025, the teachers and students of the Oguz Han University of Engineering and Technology of Turkmenistan arrived at the Graz University of Technology in the Republic of Austria for a practical training visit. This training visit is being carried out within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two higher education institutions on March 11, 2024.

The purpose of the visit is to strengthen cooperation between the two universities in the fields of education, scientific research, and academic exchange. During the visit, the Turkmen delegation became acquainted with the educational and research laboratories of Graz University of Technology, its innovative projects, as well as advanced approaches in the fields of engineering and technology.

Specially prepared training sessions were organized for the teachers and students, offering them broad opportunities to familiarize themselves with cutting-edge technologies and to learn scientific and methodological practices in line with international standards. In addition, discussions were held on future joint scientific conferences and student and faculty exchange programs between the two universities.

This practical training visit is an important step in developing international cooperation in Turkmenistan’s education system and in ensuring that the younger generation gains proficiency in world-class technologies.
